FEATURED PROJECT / A BIRTHDAY IMAGINED

ECHO//TETHER

A birthday surprise made with love, imagination, and a little adventure.

ECHO//TETHER poster featuring Riel, Jaeli, Pepper, and Paisley

ONE STORY, MANY WAYS TO ENJOY IT

Different worlds.
The same beat.

I made ECHO//TETHER as a birthday surprise for my grandchildren, turning them and their pets into the stars of their own adventure. It grew into a comic, a cover, a poster, and a short video, with AI-assisted artwork helping bring the story to life. I had so much fun making something just for them, and I’d love to do the same for other families—celebrating your children, honoring a beloved pet, or turning a favorite family memory into a keepsake you can enjoy together.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hello, I’m Amanda.

A designer, artist, and storyteller with a soft spot for projects that mean something.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped small businesses tell their stories, created designs for churches and community celebrations, and brought photographs hidden in old slides and negatives back to life.

Living and working in a small Texas town has taught me to listen carefully and make the most of what a client has. I’ve self-published coffee table books and created comics for my grandchildren, so I know just how personal a creative project can be.

From the spacing between letters to the way a photograph feels, I care about the details. I’m also exploring AI and new technology to build on my experience, and I welcome contract design and publication work.

A PERSONAL APPROACH

Good work starts with listening.

01 / LET’S TALK

Tell me what matters.

Your idea, your audience, and what you hope the finished piece will do.

02 / FIND THE DIRECTION

Give the idea a shape.

We’ll agree on the scope and creative direction, then refine the details together.

03 / BRING IT TO LIFE

Make something useful.

A considered final piece, prepared for the way you plan to share, print, or publish it.

HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND?

Let’s make
something meaningful.

Small business. Big idea. Treasured memory.
I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
